Default Code 67 after replacing o2 sensor.

I put in a new/used o2 sensor. After I replaced the sensor code 67 bad cat came up. Would a malfunctioning o2 cause this.

a new ... used o2 sensor???

try your old o2 sensor again and see if the code stays

im assuming this is pre-cat

i bought the o2 used and yes its pre-cat. I don't have the old one.
