Smog Time! Two check engine lights!

Smog Time! Two check engine lights!
Alright everyone, time to smog my car.
I have a P30-000 ECU (is that smoggable?)
I have the VTEC operating by jumping A4 to C6.
I get error 23 and 41, that is Knock Sensor and O2 Sensor Heater.
What can I do to fix those two CEL codes, and what else should I get done to make it smoggable? Only after market mods are a muffler (not the full exhaust) and an intake.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
