does someone have directions/pics of how to remove the honda emblem in the front grill of a 99 civic si? thanks.

 

Removed front bumper. Look behind the grill and remove the 3 screws.

 

It's a two-piece emblem.

Three tiny philip's-head screws hold the backing plate, and two metal rings hold the "H" to the backing.

 

i'll post pic of the emblem taken apart if that helps hold on

ya it's a bitch make sure you get the two bolts by the front tires in the wheel well... i tend to forget those and they **** me off

Last time I checked, the front emblem was neither adhered nor could dental floss cut through plastic pegs.
