Civic 92 DX Hatchback idle problem
I recently did a tune up to my EG its has a stock d15b7 in the morning its turns on fine and it idles fine but after its has warm up and for instance I get to a stop sign or leave the car running it idles its revs up and then its get back to its normal RPM then it goes back up after 5 minutes its get back to normal I am then I drive it for a while and I stop it does the same thing again someone told me the spark plugs but I change them recently brand new OEM I bought them from the Honda dealer can it be my MAP

WOuld it be because I don't have my air box i don't have a intake they stole it when i got my car stolen i haven't got around to get another intake....

could be a number of problems i would check the map sensor as well as bleed the cooling system air in the cooling can cause a serg . could also be a cracked vac line somewere

You have a filter on it right?

Do u mean by as for my intake i don't have any filter i recently put it back together i haven't gotten around to get myself a cold air intake

I had a similiar problem. I got rid of it by replacing the TB gasket, cleaning the TB, new o-rings for my map and iacv.
