What are you really asking? Do you just want to know how hard it is to weld some 3" bends together or are you asking a fitment/clearance question?
Ask a better question = get a better answer.

ahaha it really depends who you ask
but to make a downpipe isnt that hard... with the right tools.... you need a good method of cutting angles accurately like a bandsaw.... a chopsaw more than likely will be a headache but its doable... next you need to know how to weld.. tac the segments youve cut so you can see how it all fits before you completely weld it. also tac on flanges to make sure they are flush with their maiting surfaces...make adjustments where needed. weld completely around. grind the flanges with a table grinder or mill them down cause unless your using like a 1/2 inch flange more than likely your gona warp it on your first down pipe.... but just like with most things... the first time isnt that easy but the following times get progressively easier.

Your question is waaaaay to general.
what car? what turbo? what type of manifold? what material? what welding method? what is your welding/fabrication skill level in your own opinion?
answer those and you will get about 25 good answers to your question.

I think is pretty damn easy!
It comes down to if you know how to do it. It's pretty hard if you've never done one before. Think it through before u do anything. Having a plan will make it much easier.
