Stupid v tec question

I am a noob and just wanted to know what level of civic in the 1999-2000 civics has the sohc v tec motor. I have my flame suit ready.

i think the EX got the SOHC vtec and the SI got the dohc vtec. the DX and LX got sohc non-vtec.

yea the civic ex had the d16y8 which had vtec and then i think there was a d15 that had vtec in those years

yea but thats fuel economy vtec so u get better gas milage
