Default possible problem

I drive a 96 hatch and everytime i hit the gas i hear like a clicking or a ticking sound that goes along as the wheels turn... it seems to only be coming from the passenger side front.... and when i brake or turn left it stops.... im pretty sure its my passenger side axle... am i right? could it be the cv joint?

it could be but usually you hear the axle click when making a turn. jack your car up and see if anything is loose or caught up in your suspension or something

we'll come 2 think of it i have my amp cable going to the battery and it goes by the axle... cuz im an idiot and just threw it under the car since the wire is water proof but it might be caught on the axle or something

Do you honestly go around telling people that your wire is waterproof??

Sorry to burst your bubble but there's not many types of wire out there that aren't waterproof... It's plastic coated for God's sake...

No. It doesn't bother me. But you deserve to have a fire for thinking it was okay to run a wire in that fashion....

thats why i said it was a dumb move... hahahha u said i deserve to have a fire... its funny cuz i think your rite!!!! but yea its not run all the way from the back 2 the battery i actually drilled a tiny hole on the floor under the carpet and i through it through there so its only exposed a little bit but that little bit finally bit me in the *** for going lazy on it....im gonna throw it through the firewall when i get a chance... but i remember i tried and i couldnt find the hole on the firewall from the inside but under the hood it is obviously easy 2 find
