Default 3" downpipe questions...

I'm about to start fabing up my 3" dp for my JG-FAB a/c ramhorn manifold. My question is will having the downpipe come towards the front of the car and then back under the oil pan effect my power at all? Here are some pics to better help. Also remember this will have a/c as well. Also the turbo on there is just for mock-up it will have an SC-6152E when done. thanks

no, exhaust gasses are not affected by outside forces such as lateral G's or wind friction from speed...

Trust me when I say thats money well spent. Send the mani back to JG and have him mock you up a DP. After seeing the trouble we had making a DP for a Lovefab Mini-Me AC mani, its not worth the trouble. leave it up to the guys with the original idea, it will be worth your time and money. Unless your time isn't worth anything...

ouch, well, see what happens and give us pics when you get it figured out. Also, dont be afraid of a 2.5-3'' flare out. It'll help you out in terms of space, and the loss in performance wont be anything youll notice.

I don't see that happening with that setup though, the 2.5 to 3 inch section is atleast 2-4 inches long, that would throw the u into the engine
