need help????

i need some help on knowing what im getting and making sure im not getting jipped. im getting a 98 ex head with str pro gear with it and new cam seal. I'm getting the head and intake manifold and exhaust manifold for $150. everyone think thats a good deal? this is the beginning of my mini-me. im just trying to becareful and not expletive up or waste $$$$$. imma NOOB
