I came home from work and couldn't get in my buddy's house...
Went back to my car and it did this ticking thing that it does every now and then. It comes from the lower left side of the dash when I try to start it. It turns over when ticking but does not fire.
I have tapped the dash a few times before and it stopped, but this time I heard a buzz and it sounded like it blew. Now my gauge cluster doesn't come on or my clock.. won't turn over..
I just want to make sure this is what is wrong before I go and try to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. I need to fix this thing tonight because I am in the middle of moving.

What do you need to know?
Get on your back under your dash, look underneath the dash beside where your "coin" tray in beside the fuse box.
You look up there and the main relay is mounted on the body. mounted upside down with a 10mm bolt holding it down, remove the bolt, wiggle the relay down, unclip, reconnect new relay and hope it fixes your problem

Taht wouldnt cause your cluster lights and such to not come on
My bet is that you need to connect/replace/clean your thermostat ground. Do you know where that is? Take out the 10mm bolt, clean off the connections with sandpaper real good.
An improper ground there will cause your car not to start and expletive up like you have described

OK I went to Kragen and they gave me a "power relay" Its the only one that showed up on the screen. I came back to find that there is a smaller relay under the main relay.(right above the hood release)
I replaced that relay and tryed to start it. It came on for a second, turned over and then died. Now I have nothing again. If my main relay is out, then would that cause the second small relay to burn out?

Your not going to get a main fuel relay from Kragens, you either go to Honda and fork out the $47, or go to the junkyard and grab 3 of them like most people
Go clean your grounds, ESPECIALLY your thermo one
Then report back

Maybe you could've said "there are 2 relays down there, make sure you get the right one"
I will clean ground and come back. I'm not a noob I just felt stupid for not knowing how to do it.

Beat me to it, mine's not free but it's brand new. This will give you an idea of what it looks like though.

Replaced old main relay last night with a working one off my buddy's rex after trying new power relay and holding power for only a moment.
I believe that last night when I plugged in the new power relay and tried to start it with the main relay still f**ed up it was able to hold the current for a moment, but then popped. I had power for a couple seconds and then nothing.
I will try to jump it with the new/old power relays and the working main relay.

It was late last night and I couldn't see anything so I had a lighter in one hand and a 10mm in the other. I cracked it loose and moved the wire back and forth, then re-tightened. That should have made some sort of difference and it did nothing.
I need to take it to a shop and have a checkup.

If these no connection because its so corroded why would that make a difference? Clean it up, thats probably your problem
Or the wire could have a break in it and it barely getting grounded...

Was partially that my main relay went bad, partially that my ground on my battery wasn't tightened down good enough.
After going around a certain curve 2x and having my car die for a moment both times I figured it was the battery. lol
Replaced main relay with known working one. heard a faint beep and jumped her back to life.
