Default dash instruments going crazy car driving weird

Another damn problem guys. It was koo for awhile and now after the game I went to start the car and noticed that the gas needle wasn't working and my radio neither and my signal blinkers were on. I keep hearing click noises from the dash like the main relay side and from the glove box side. It made my headlights dim really low. My battery is a new optima and everything seems to be functioning koo under the hood so what can it be??

You can't seriously be asking this question, it's almost as if you know exactly what's wrong... Check the main relay! Duh!

ill check it just wanted to see if it can be some other electrical problem since I've been having plenty of those in the past but ill switch it out with my buddies relay and go from there.

If you had a multimeter, you could test all the electrical relays and dealing with this issue would be a million times easier.

weak ground to various places. When you picture a "ground" you need to look at the entire picture. In the case of an O2 sensor, the part where the o2 sensor screws, the bolt that meets the block and the exhaust manifold, and the eye hole where the bolt touches the exhaust manifold in order to hold it against the block. Your o2 sensor uses the exhaust manifold as a ground for its signal, yet this is a commonly overlook area when dealing with poor fuel economy or o2 sensor issues. If you don't understand what I'm getting at, what I'm saying is that don't worry JUST about the part where the ground screws in, but make sure that the whole path to ground is good as well.
