I have a 94 GSR and ever since i bought the car the power window switches on both sides have been working opposite of which way the switch is supposed to move the window. Up is down and down rolls the window up. So i thought that when the previous owner painted the car he somehow installed the switches backwards in the door panels. but when i took the panels apart on the drivers side i learned that there is no way for him to have installed them backwards. Thus this means the problem is somewhere else. Anybody know how to fix this?

 

were the wires ever hacked?

 

maybe the wires were switched around.

 

swap the wires the other way.

 

u cant swap the wires the other way, the harness r made so it can only go in in a specific direction/way.

this is a wierd problem, ive never heard of it before. LOL

we not talking about ther harness itself where it plugs into the switch. we talking about the wires itself. if it was cut somewhere down the line and reattached incorrectly it would give u that problem.

 

So you think that swapping wires will fix the problem?
