Default d15b I need help with supercharger setup

I am wondering. Can I use an intercooler to cool the air before it reaches my supercharger? Will that increase it's performance, or decrease it becuase it adds more drag? I know the longer the tubing, the harder the system has to work to pull air. Amiright? I'm wondering, becuase I really would like to use this FMIC I have bought already thanks

yeah an intercooler would help dramaticly to reduse the air temps. i dont believe it would add drag. good luck with the supercharger though

a typical turbo Front mount intercooler will DO NOTHING for a roots style blower/supercharger setup's performance.
no extra cooling, more work for the SC to suck air in.

endyn does port work, which helps create more boost and reduce heat. http://www.theoldone.com

LHT modifies the jackson intake manifold with laminova cores, a heat exchanger and pump. a REAL air/water intercooler for the JRSCs. http://www.lhtperformance.net

the less heat, the more power. simple as that.

GOOD LUCK.

that actually works quite well.

sort of a chemical intercooler. you would only need a small shot, like 30 or so. it would probably still result in 50-60 more horses due to the cooling effects.
