U got a crap motor, or u spilled oil all over.

the smoke is white and the motor b cuz the motor ran fine b4 the mpfi conversion...y would it snoke out the valve cover...i think the head gasket got fucked some how cuz wen i took off the valve cover the oil on it was all milky

definitly the head gasket. white smoke means water is beign burned off. that sound spretty intense though coming out of the valve cover.

 

i no but its weird it didnt do that b4 the mpfi conversion so im just putting in a sohc zc way better than the d15b6 lol

 

pull your dip stick out and check if you have water in the oil. Make sure you don' try to start you car anymore to you find out before you bend you valves.. Happens alot for honda..
