ECU HELP 2006 R6
Ok.. I'm having a error code on my 2006 r6.. it saids 60 on a gauge. I don't have any throttle respond on my r6.. The battery went out, but I jumped it wrong.. meaning + to - and - to + with my SUV V8.... I already replaced the main fuse.... help here..

That was your mistake, car batteries have too many amps for bike batteries. Maybe you burnt out the servo motor?

+1 im thinking the same thing. though extra amps generally dont brake stuff hooking up stuff backwards does.

hmm.. do you think it's a server motor or ecu? and is this something that I can do this at home? or do you think the warranty can cover it?

Well according to yamaha, it needs to be brought back for the ecu to be checked after 600 miles acccording to if the bike if it is in for its first service and every few k miles thereafter.
Which yamaha dealer did you go to for your 06 and what was the OTD price?
I always wanted an 06, but they wouldn't budge even with straight cash
