hey guys my cuzin has a TSX 04 , he needs the radio code cause the he unpluged the battery.........hes stuck in traffic with no radio and he wont stop calling me so i can figure it out!!!!

p.s.
he lost the manual with the code , and he cant take it to the dealer!!!!!

 

Why can't he take it to the dealership? They can give you the code if you have the VIN. I've heard some dealerships do it over the phone.

 

Tell him to look in the owner's manual. You're obviously not supposed to keep the little card with the radio/nav codes in your car w/ the manual, but most people do anyway.

Check here:

-Open Glove Box
-Not inside it, but out side to left. Is there a white sticker there?

If so, there are 2 sets of numbers. 1 of those are it

 

hey, if you still need your radio code i work at a honda dealer all i need is the serial numer off your stereo and i can get you your code so PM if you still need it

 

This all sounds pretty shady to me. Why is it always the guys who need radio codes also have lost their manuals?

Car is prob stolen.

 

I was thinking just the radio and/or nav is stolen, but wouldn't doubt the whole car is stolen.

 

I lost my manual. Good thing I added the codes on honda's ownerlink so I can access them from any computer.

Who knows, maybe he bought the car used without the manual.

lol, I didn't catch this part. Either he stole the car, or he's just too busy to stop by. If the latter, then it can wait and it's not so important ;-P
