Default VAFC Question

To have my VAFC funtion correctly do i need to plug in an o2 sensor. I still have ob2b but i have both unplugged.

You should plug in the sensors regardless of whether or not you're using the V-AFC. Why do you have them unplugged?

one is stuck in my OEM exhaust mani, the other one doesn't fit b/c the omni test pipe o2 bung is right under the steering rack and only has 2 inches of clearance

Well, your first order of business should be to get them re-installed (most importantly the primary O2).

Short answer, yes.

Long answer, yes, but you only need one. The primary is what your ECU reads off of. The secondary is there to supply a different voltage, i.e., read cleaner.
