i talked to a guy at a local shop who just install a drag gen3 into a 99 civic si and he said the car only makes 205 whp. isn't that kinda low. i thought the kit makes about 240-250 whp with just the bolt on kit. i have been waiting for the front cross member from place racing for over a month now. i have everything in except for the turbo.
these are my upgrades for the turbo:

MSD 6-BTM
MSD blaster 3
iridium plugs
nology hotwires
Tail 35mm
3" downpipe back (no cat)
avc-r boost controller
450cc DSM
vafc (using vafc and 450cc method, no chech valve)
cam gears

i plan on running 7psi daily and 10psi for race.
what whp should i expect at 7psi and 10 psi?

oh, i also have Clutchmaster 7.5 lb flywheel and stage3.

How big is your exhaust? That could be robbing you of power. I'd use stock plug wires also. I'd rethink your fuel and timing methods too.

yeah 240-250 ish whp is about right at 7 psi... assuming everything is correct with 2.5" or bigger exhaust...

my exhaust is 3" from down pipe back with no cat and 3" UltraFlow muffler. why would you say i need to rethink my fuel and timing method. what do you recomend for timing method. i wanted to go with hondata 2b but i checked on their web site and they dont make anything for PR3 ecu(b16a sir).

you need to pick up an odb1 ecu such as the p28 or p72 and a conversion harness in order to run hondata. Don't skimp on the fuel management, hondata is well worth it.

I put down 228 to the wheels..on 8psi

stock drag kit and 6btm w/ blaster 2 coil.
