Default car stop pulling after 7000rpm

the setup:
b16a
drag gen3
msd 6-btm set at .6 deg, msd blaster 3
3" dp back
dsm 450, vafc, turbo chip pr3. (pump not install)
apexi avcr
running 8 psi

the car pulls hard until 7000rpm then it just hit a wall. apex turbo timer a/f read 11 at full boost. am i getting valve float. i dont think its a fuel problem. both the apex and autometer a/f guage read rich. i dont have an exhaust restriction because it's 3" with 3" carsound cat. people tells me that the first gen b16a have weak valve springs. what do you guys think?

Too rich? I had the same problem and the a/f fell below the 8:1 mark on my first run.

92siturbo.....i had the same problem at 5,000 rpms when i had the boost controller hooked up and set to 14psi. My friend seems to think i have fuel cut at 11.2 psi in my program for my hondata. It's also done it at 5500 and 4000 rpms. When i run it through the watsegate it pulls all the way to redline which is 8400 rpm.
