When removing and re-installing axle shafts,do I need to change anything???

Default When removing and re-installing axle shafts,do I need to change anything???

Removed the axle shafts from 4 speed slush box and want to install in Si tranny.Everything looks good and clean is there anything I should now or do?? I gotta het a Helms!!!! Thanks

New Axle nuts are good if you fubar'd the old ones. If the trans oil starts dripping, you'll need new axle seals. the 32mm axle nut socket is helpful for tapping the new seals in.

All good info,Thanks Dude. I actually dropped the whole front end and slid the shafts out of the tranny no removing of any bolts but I did lose some tranny fluid so I will replace the seals,thanks,anything else!!
