well this really suck here is my problem

vtec wont kick in and the engine will redline at 7k, to make my vtec kick in for a few moments I have to turn the car off ,then the vtec will work and the engine will rev to 8200 for just a few moment then it wont work anymore

on 22 I work on it all the wires are good in I have a good ground on the pressure switch
and good connection on my soleneid

99 hatch cx obd1 gsr motor

 

Maybe it's the spool valve assembly?
