pretty sure my clutch is shot. when sitting in neutral there is lots of noise that sounds like metal spinning, perhaps even touching other pieces..whenever i push the clutch pedal all the way down the sound stops...makes the same noise when im in gear. is that the throwout bearing or is the clutch altogether?

 

i think thats your thowout bearing friend of mine had that proplem b ut might as well change the clutch too while its open
