ur gonna get flamed by many ******** on these boards for not searching and getting clown on your spelling and using the word "vtech" but ill b nice.. ur gonna need a vtec head (gsr, b16, or type R) then ur gonna need to get an LSVTEC conversion kit and then a vtec ECU.. those are the basic things u need first.. but honestly.. if ur gonan build an LSVTEC and to make it fast, ur also might consider higher comp pistons which all adds up to boosting.. so y not just boost

heres a list of what your going to need to buld an ls/vtec the right way:

1. vtec head (your choice of head)
2. Golden eagle ls/vtec conversion kit ( comes with head gasket)
3. Arp headstuds (depends on which head you are going to use)
4. GSR oil Pump
5. GSR water pump
6. Timing belt (depends on which vtec head you use)
7. GSR rod and crank bearings (very important if you want to have a reliable motor.
8. B18a/b or B20 block
9. GSR P72 ecu Or a chipped P28 ECU
10. Knock sensor.
11. Ls high compression pistons or Ls Forged turbo pistons:

(Because you aren't going to really feel the difference from gsr to ls/vtec even though there is a power difference + you are going to get bored and want more power and at least you will have the bottom end taken care of whether you want to turbo or have a more powerful N/A Set-up depending on what you want!)

12. A full Integra Type R Tranny if you stay N/A, if you turbo stay with a gsr tranny and buy an LSD!!
