ITR pistons
Most people use PR3 or P30 pistons for LSVTEC builds because they swap right onto the LS rods. I believe the ITR pistons will need the small end of the rod modified to fit, shaved 1-2mms.

yep. 1mm off each side of the small end of the rods. same thing applies to ctr pistons.

No, the rods are to wide at the top to fit inside the pistons but if you bring them to a machine shop they can either open the piston up so that the ls rod will fit inside the piston or they can shave the rod so they will fit the piston.
OR, you can buy a set of higher compression LS pistons!

What Cams are you going to use? If you can, get your hand on an ITR tranny! shorter gears + LSD= Faster Acceleration!! Add a lightweight flywheel to the equation and hold on for dear life when the tires catch!!
I can ask if someone is looking for a k24!
