Default b16 FOR $1300 vs. TURBO!!!!!

Hey I have a 97 civic ex and will be getting some money together soon and somone i know is selling a jspec obd1 b16 for $1300 and it comes with everything or should i put a turbo kit together, i already have a garrart t25 but someone wants to buy it for 300 and that could go to motor. i dont know if i want to get to the whole turboing and getting it tuned or not. I know it will be alittle faster just at 6 psi but i need some input

You already have the turbo so why not just go through with it? What are your goals for this car? Is it your DD and how much hp are you looking for to keep you satisfied. If you bought the B16 would you have to pay anything for the swap aside from the obd2-obd1 jumper and a few other things? Turbo is a cheaper way to go for quick hp without spending too much money. Remember, civics are money pits... save yourself some money and finish your turbo kit. If you blow your y8, it's cheap to purchase another one. Just my .02
