Run whatever form of line you are using from t that is split off the back of the block through the firewall. I would recomend steel braided for mechanical gauges. As for power, tap into whatever power source that comes on when the lights are on. What kind of car is this going in?

Like Fiend said, it is pretty straight forward. You need a 2-way screw that screws into the block to your t-fitting. Then you connect the stock pressure sensor to one end and the line running to your gauge to the other end of the t.

Sounds like cake, but how big of a T fitting will I need? How big is the hole where the stock pressure sensor is?

If you can find a specialty auto parts store (not Autozone) just tell them what you need it for and what kind of car it is for and they will be able to give you what you need.

Thanks. Would it be better to use an electric one instead? I heard that you would get more accuracy from a mechanical one... is this true?
