Try cleaning & lubing the window run channels with silicone spray, if that helps consider getting 'shinitsu' silicone grease from the dealer and smearing it in the window run channel

I'm having the same exact problem with my 95 integra.
If you fix the problem let me know how.

Can you access the mechanism if you remove the door panel? I don't know how difficult this is on yours, but I had to do it on my '93 to fix a couple other things.

Taking a look at it might help you identify if anything is out of place or needs lubing like hondadude mentioned.

You can take a look at manuals for how to do just about anything to your model car at your local library (or online through the same fashion if they have a website)

I once had that problem on my '99 LX.

First thing to do is to pick up a tube of Shin Etsu silicone grease from the Honda dealer.

Try to clean the channels that the window runs in with q-tips and maybe a little water, let it dry. Then put a bunch of the silicone grease in the channels using q-tips. Problem solved.

yeah spray it. if you wait too long you'll end up burning out the regulator motor.
