What gage wire for a 760 Watt (peak) 2 channel amp?

You should be fine with 8 awg. whats the RMS rating of the amp?

As long as the power lead will be 12' or shorter 8ga should be fine. 94

Thanks for the help, RMS rating is 190 Watts

the 10 gage kit is $20 cheaper, could i do that or should i go 8 gage

Yes, just barely, and only if the power lead is less then 8' long, but why, for $20 get the 8ga and you will not have any problems.
Also handy if you upgrade to a bigger amp at some point. 94
