I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what the ideal oil pres. and oil temp. are for a 1990 boosted integra. I just got a SPA dual digtal gauge with oil press./temp. and it has alarms for high/low temp and pres. That I need to set.

any info would be great thanks.

 

Oil pressure.. on ym boosted DA I see about 70-85 accelerating.. 60ish just feathering the throttle to maintain a regular speed... and about 20-25 sitting at idle.

The Helms states minimum specs for oil pressure: B18A (1992)
10 psi at 750 rpm warm idle
50 psi at 3K rpms warm

Your pressures will be considerably higher, like mine:
92 RS B18A with 303K miles
17 psi at 750 rpm warm idle
70 psi at 3K rpms warm

I don't really know what would be a good minimum setting, maybe a little over minimum specs. And I don't know what max temp or pressure specs should be.
