Ipod in Glovebox: How to mount/holder?
Hi there
Well i thought ill'd ask since i searched here and ebay and didnt really come up with anything. I have a alpine deck with fullspeed connection so i dont need the ipod in sight at all.
What im going to do is mount my ipod in my glove box, but dont know how to mount it in there so it dosnt fly around and such. Is there anyway i could dead bolt this thing down so it dosnt move
Whats a good product to buy for this and how would i do it.
Thanks

i usually don't mount it in there... i set the ipod cable in there and just connect it. if you want u can velcro it but there's no need. i've done it on many customers car and never had a problem with it. glovebox's are pretty secure.
i know its pretty secure but i was thinking if theres a way i could bolt it down so it dosnt slide from side to side around turns. i also keep a few other things in the glovebox that may damage the ipod if it hard enoth so bolting it down is what i really want to do... just dont really know how or the best way

They sell little ipod/cell phone holders for like 12 bucks at best buy. Then you could double sided tape, hot glue, or velcro that instead of being stuck with velcro on your actual ipod.
