Default EAGLE rod and ARP rod bolt need help!!!!!!!

I am currently builting a LS/Vtec with wiseco piston and eagle rod. All the part just came back from machine shop and they did a excellent job for my crank and block.....crank spin freely, perfect. There are 8 arp rod bolts that are need to be torque down to certain spec, everything seems fine, but at the last rod bolt that i was going to torque down won't go all the way from the rod to rod cap, so i kind of force it down and torque it down to spec. My question is, will it be a problem for the rod? will it be out of torque spec? will it pop out when i go 8k rpm? ANY eagle or arp product member please help.....don't want to mess up the my built.

well arp usually gives stretch numbers on their bolts varying on diameter of course...invest in a stretch gage or burrow one...never second guess rod bolt torques...ka-boom!!
