Default oil pan bolt problem

ok guys this has been a really bad day, but to get to the point i was putting the last bolt in for the oil pan and it decided to strip the threads out of the block. so i drilled dapped and put a heli-coil in, but the block stripped again but this time around the coil. any ideas on how i can fix this? should i drill it for a 12 mil? any help would be great
