Are your mounts good, if so was you rocking the motor hard enoughf to make it come out of gear?

Check your tranny fluid to see if its low. This happened to me once when I was coming back from the track. It had like 1/2 quart. Filled it back up (to 2.3qts) and shes good again

open the hood & look at tranny while having someone shift into 5th - i had a similar problem. I had a relocated a reservior & the tranny linkage was bumping into it not allowing it to go in gear. this was on a k-swap but could be similar

there are detent ***** that lock the shift forks into place AND there are metal rings around the synchro that lock the synchro sleeve into place. It could be either of these or anything else

there's also springs that hold the ***** up against the shift rods. You might want to undo the bolt that has the spring in there and try replacing it.
