Default Verification on correct wiring harness

Just needed some clarification from you guys:

ODB1 JDM B16 into a 99 Civic DX. Original engine harness for the swap is a massacre. Is the EX or USDM SI engine harness the only plug & play harness I can use?

Car will be running a OBD1 P30 ecu with OBD2>OBD1 conversion harness, and auto-manual conversion as well.

To make it easy for you run obd2 injectors, dist, alternator and all your sensors from pervious motor. After that then an EX or SI harness is plug and play. If you want to hack up both harnesses you can. If you run the DX youll have to convert to 2 wire IAC, add knock and the vtec sensors.
