when im running my motor at like 3k rpms for break in purposes (first time the motor runs), how bad would it be if i have to turn it off, perhaps due to some leaking fluids??
i know there are many ways of breaking in motors, but i think most of them have you run the car at a few thousand rpms for 10-20 min till it comes up to temperature. will it mess the break in up and screw my motor if i have a huge leak and need to turn it off to fix???
dumb question but ill be doing this tomorrow i jusst wanna have a vague idea. thanks

so what i derive from that is if theres a leak shut it down right away before the engine gets warm, then try again.
i just want to make sure the rings get a chance to heat up and expand nicely
