Default To those with 3" DP, bolt question.

What kind of bolts do you guys have in there to secure to the turbo housing? Are they just regular hex, studs w/ nuts, or bolts with the allen wrench hole? I'm currently test fitting my DP to the turbo and it has studs w/ nuts. I think it is on there tight but the nuts are starting to strip from hitting the DP while tightening. I'm afraid later on if i need to remove something, the nuts will be so stripped i wont be able to get them off. What do you guys think about the allen wrench bolts? They have a smaller head so i thought those would work perfect. If anyone has any pics of their 4-bolt turbo w/ 3"DP please post. Thanks

Allen wrench bolts
(I actually use 2 allens ane 3 hex) Allens are a must when it's so close to the 3" DP on the flange

top two, OEM flywheel bolts.

Bottom two, studs and jam nuts (jam nuts are thin)

just go to the local hardware store and pick up some allen head bolts. They are only gonna be a few cents each. and then u'll have much more room between the head fo the bolt and the pipe.

yes, a regular 8mm x 1.25 or 1.5 has atleast a 12mm or more commonly a 13mm head. the clutch cover bolts are the same pitch and have a smaller 10mm 12 point head.
