you need to specify how you want to have the fastest honda in harrisburg. Do you want all motor fast, built turbo/nitrous, fastest single cam, fastest non vtec? We need more info, and you need more searching. A lot of this really depends on your budget. If you want fast and reliable and you got roughly 10G layin around, swap in a k-series. We need to know a lot more about what you are lookin to spend and or build. Weekend car, track car, daily driver. Fill us in, and dont be scared of that nice red button. Good luck

Now is that 4k just for the engine build? Or is that for the entire swap? Does that factor in money that will need to be spent on suspension and brakes? or any other maintenance parts?

The most important question is, will you be doing the work yourself or will you pay a shop?

There are a lot of factors to include when determining how your budget will be spent.

Your not going to be able to do much with 4. If I was you I would just put somethign in that is reliable and you can build up as you get more money....Go Ls(b18), because later you could always boost it or do a Lsvtec(b18withb16 head)
