Default 94 civic - clutch(exedy) problem

Just recently, whether i am in gear or in neutral, when i press the clutch pedal in, all the way at the end it grinds or feels like the springs are too tight and grind(creates hagard feeling resistance at end of pedal). Just for the last maybe half inch or inch of clutch to the end.

The car does drive fine and shifts fine, just wondering if this is the start of a problem. =P

If I pump the clutch a few times the grind or spring snap feel goes away from it, but comes back.

Just drove across the country, any ideas if i just need to lube something up?

Its an exedy clutch, i think its the normal oe replacement kit

Clutch fluid is full

Blown clutch master cylinder. Replace the slave cylinder while you're at it.

the master cylinder was a problem before, leaked out all the fluid but that problem went away, it does leak a lil bit.
