Camshaft install..Now car wont start.
Installed Crower 403 camshaft and Blox IM in my B18a1 crx.
Cam gear, cyc #1 UP, and crank pulley is at TDC. Valves are adjusted .006 for intake and .008 exhaust when car is cold. Then I installed the Blox IM. I deleted the FITV because there isn't a mounting spot on the Blox IM. I just looped the coolant line that use to go to the FITV.
Now my problem is when I start the car, it is really rough. Car wont idle unless I give it gas. Motor run like IGN timing is all the way retarded. I pulled the spark plug and it's completely black (dry).
Please help.

Check you ignition timing and also make sure both cams are lined up and not a tooth off from the other. Also, check to make sure all of your vacuum lines are routed correctly. More than anything, it sounds like a timing issue.
I had a similar problem, the cause was that the timing belt jump a tooth as I was putting everything back together.
Make sure the cams dont move, honda has a special 5mm pin that holds the cams in place, but you can use something else like a small screwdriver

Thanks guys. Damn timing was off by 1 1/2 tooth. Everytime I would tighten the tensioner, the crank would rotate moving the pointer off the oil pump. I had to redo it 3x.
