You have to use the Clutch and Flywheel for your Trans set up not for the motor.

Nope... Goes like this....

Tranny --> Clutch Release Bearing & Lever --> Pressure Plate Bolts to Flywheel with Clutch Disc in between them --> Flyweel mounted to Crankshaft of Motor

If by "clutch plate" you meant Flywheel then yes, but all D-Series Flywheels bolt up to the motor as they all share one bolt pattern. Just match Clutch and Flywheel to the Transmission.

no..ur not listening.the parts u want are for the tranny ur gonna use...theres a good chance that the d15b u have came in a auto civic...atleast mine did.i have a d15b vtec in my dd rex. its an si and i use the tranny that came with it.i bought my clutch and pp for that tranny...all d series tranns are interchangable with the d-blocks..just not the d17 i think.dont over think this dude....just listen, buy the parts for the tranny ur gonna use and that is all...the flywheel will bolt up to the block no prob....if ur gonna use ur old fly u can, i would recomend to resurface it or inlighten it..its what i did and am a very happy camper..good luck man.

Even if the motor you bought was a standard trans, you still have to use your stock flywheel because of surface area issues. So to recap, Clutch, Pressure Plate, Flywheel, and Throwout bearing, are to be for the trans you are using. The motor has nothing to do with the clutch stuff. Trust me I tried the flywheel thing too! I even took the D15B flywheel to have it resurfaced and when I went to put it on the contact area for the clutch wasn't even close. So needless to say I resurfaced my original D15b flywheel.
