Default DA MC, BB and prop valve question

Ok so I put the DA rear disc on my 89 CRX a long time back, but when i run the brakes hard i get brake fade... has anyone ran them with the just the setup I had and then put on the Master cylinder, Brake Booster, and 40/40 Prop valve? and if so did it make a lot of difference...thanks

Im just wondering if its worth it, and i see mixed emotions scattered throughout the 1,000's of other stupid rear disc questions, and if this is a repost someone link me cause i haven't found verified information yet...thanks

You should do the Prop valve, I believe with out using the correct prop you aren't going to gain alot out of the rear disc swap...if you already have the BB and MC it wouldn't hurt but it isn't needed...if you don't you could also grab a MC off a 88-91 Prelude, is larger and you don't need to swap the BB...

yea... if ur not running the DA bb, mc, & prop valve change it... it is also really simple to do... shouldn't take u more than 30 mins to an hour to do it all... just take out ur drivers seat & its much easier to work under the dash... & i'm 6'+

So then you have HF front brakes, but you are using the DA MC and BB?

If you are getting fade it is because HF front brakes are terrible. You need to upgrade. http://www.fastbrakes.com

i got my swap from Loserkidwac... i swapped everything.... eccept for the front brakes...

i did the bb, mc, & prop valve first... that is the easiest... honestly its not a big problem & could cost you no more than 20+ bucks at a junk yard... it cant hurt... i'm sure alot of people have done this & i would say most people who do this swap do it as well
