Default what to use as assembly lube/ head stud lube?

Hey guys, im going to be rebuilding my B18 and im wondering what i should use for an assembly lube, also what i could use for my rod bolt and head studs. the rob bolts are new, but ive heard to not use the supplied moly lube. As far as the head studs, I got golden eagle's used from a freind, therefore i dont have the moly supplied by golden eagle. Ive seen people using redline oil, what are they referring to? their engine oil or a special machine oil? any help is gretly appreciated

1. OEM torque settings are based off of using engine oil.

2. ARP, Aftermarket bolts, use the lube provided/recommended with the product and follow the torque spec instructions. Not follwing this will disastrously harm your engine and it will not be the manufacturers fault (and they do know how to check if you fuckit up). I have had many conversations with Cunningham rods about this.
