Default Weird Low Idle Problem

The car will idle fine if the headlights are on and the fan blowing cold or hot air in the car. It will idle alittle below 1k. But if i turn the "interior" fan off or the headlights the car will idle low like around 400 or lower and feel like its going to stall? What should i check?

christ...
adjust your idle screw...its probably set too low (high enough when excess current is drawn but too low when those things are off)

That screw only adjusts the idle when the engine is cold. The IACV controls the idle after the car is warmed up..
