Default starter issue

I've searched but didn't find any help. I put on a new header and exhaust on my del sol and after it was all done i went to go start the car and it didn't start. i checked all the wiring on the starter and they were fine. the starter doesn't click at all and the main relay is fine. i checked all the fuses and even bought a new starter and still nothing. any help is appreciated.

There are 2 wires that go to the starter. A Huge one coming right off of the battery. You should see 12V at the starter end of the wire. The other is a smaller gauge black wire that triggers the start solenoid. You should see 12V only when the key is turned all the way.

Depending on the outcome of the above, start investigating the starter itself or your fuses and ignition ball switch.
