How much boost can My friend run on his B18B with GSR head and ITR internals?
How much boost can he run on his B18B with GSR head and internals?
Turbo or Supercharger?

thats too broad, but if he has the compression of a type-r he can run 5psi max. if he has a ls/vtec with moderate to low compression and aftermarket rods and pistons... the sky is the limit. (15psi or so?)
