I have a b18b and have eagle rods and weisco pistons and head ported and tuned on uberdata and im running 17 psi daily driven and was wondering if that was safe and how long will the motor last at that boost???

It depends on how concervative the tune, who actually tuned it, and working conditions. The other two major factors are how efficient the turbo is at that range, and how well you maintain/bad you beat on it.

What what if you strengthen up the wax and get a thicker wick then boost it?

 

then it will burn twice as bright for the same amount of time
