I finally got around to the install today. Here's a difficulty break down on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the easiest).
OE header emoval.....................................2
Hanging the new header pieces in place...2
(^I only gave them a 2 because I had to actually use tools, they were cake)
Bolting the B pipe to the 2 headers...........9 (PITA)
The removal and hanging of the new pieces took me about 30-40 minutes. I had to run to the store to buy some bolts as it finally hit me that I didn't have any. When it came time to connect the B pipe I had to actually back the rear header off the studs a bit to put the 3 bolts in with a nut and then push it back on the studs. It was a pure PITA to tighten the bolts do to space and the fact I had to hold the top of the bolt with one hand and run the nut up with the other. (Plus I already had a huge burn on my forearm from my other car so that made things no easier)
I beleiv there is a small exh. leak because I can here a little chater under full throttle. I'll recheck the torque a little later.
Driving difference is more than noticeable. Much more low end and mid range, I didn't really take it out and get on it due to the fact that I was tired and the little "chatter" was bugging me.
Here are a few pics...
Orig., right before I pulled it out...

comparison...

lower piece hung...

upper shot after the drive home...

pointless Privat pic...

thanks, the headers are "#1" from NOPI. They offer them in stainless and ceramic and are on sale right now for like 72% off or something like that (came up to $200)

what exhaust do u have?</TD></TR></TABLE>
The exh. is stock right now. I'm undecided on just replacing the tips or replacing both mufflers completely.

How do you like the power increase?
Mine's got a nasty exhaust leak. I ordered a whole new kit and it is coming in this week.</TD></TR></TABLE>
lol yeah, I guess I would be a "noob" on AZ.
I like the header, I made about 10 pulls today on the dyno comparing intakes. I thought the header had a leak but I've checked the torque on the bolts 2 weeks in a row with no slack in any of them. It's the little "chatter" above 2500rpm that is a bit annoying...come to think of it, I never een heard the chatter on the dyno
...maybe it's the heat shield under the car.
I think next is the exhaust
