Header install, nut locked and pulled stud out of the head! Help!

okay, on to another problem, bolts are rounding off, that connect the header collector to the cat...what the hell do I do now?
Those long strange flange bolts with the springs, right? I just sawed them off & got new ones.
Actually, I got normal bolts, fender washers, & double-nutted them to the header (A-pipe) flange. But I got them in stainless, & used anti-seize, so I can get them off later.
The nasty ones are at the BACK of the cat, where it attaches to the B-pipe. When those rounded/broke, it was a $&%$ to get them out, because they're pressed into the flange. But then I got hardware-store stainless bolts & nuts...
