Default my car wont stop dying up and down

sup ppl i have a 92 ex accord with the f22 a6 "If that helps" anyways i went to crank it up about 4 days ago and the car started to die up and down from 1000rpm to 2000 rpm.It stayed like this until the car was warm then it stoped so i dident think anything of it.Well no it has gotten worse it does it all day when its cold or warm. I was told by a friend to replace the pcv and the fast idle valve.I did and nothing changed I have also unpluged the tps and it make no difference. My check engine light is not on.What could this be?????

Is the engine full of coolant & block burped via the bleed screw at the T-stat?
Can you unplug the IAC and have the RPM drop?
Is the throttle cable tight?
Does the RPM drop when you step on the brake? [vacum leak]

have a look at https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1003988 step 7 is likley causing your idle problem. Depending where the valve is mounted you can take it apart without removing it.

In addition what has been mentioned:

air leak in the intake manifold area -- bad gasket somewhere (do the propane gas test)

bad MAP sensor
