I have a 1992 honda civic vx with a d16z6 engine it it. I got the SI wiring harness, P28 ECU, but it is throwing code 21, vtec solenoid. I took off the single wire (green/yellow) and attach to the battery to see if it clicks and it does. I notice the shocktower on the passenger side going to the firewall is missing two wires which are vtec solenoid and pressure switch. I got two wires made that is a direct plug and play to the A4 and D6 pin slot behind the ECU. I am still throwing the same cel which I don't know what is my problem. Oh yeah, I took off the vtec solenoid and cleaned the filter also. Anyone have any ideas?
